The answer is a flat no. I have done a lot of researches on teeth whitening websites, both independent and companies producing or doing teeth whitening services and all said no one gets whiter teeth with constant brushing of teeth with tooth whitening toothpaste.

Then, why are all those advertisements selling teeth whitening toothpastes claim that our teeth can get whiter? Well, that’s advertising for you, my dear friends.

Our teeth turned yellowish from the kind of foods we eat, the drinks and also with smoking. Red wines are known to stain teeth. So is coffee. And the most evil of all is smoking.

So, if one wants to get brighter, whiter teeth, then one has to spend money on doing teeth whitening through the various methods. Then, we can maintain it with teeth whitening toothpaste by brushing diligently. Otherwise, to get whiter teeth through brushing is just a fallacy.
