I too received product with microscopic print on the outside of the very small box that left me questioning everything about my decision to buy it. Without more “hard copy” customer support, no telephone number, and only website hype I wanted to return it but didn’t see how.
I intend to follow this transaction very closely because the company has done nothing to earn my trust.

I just purchased this product. And have been using it as instructed. But I have not seen any results. I’m close to finishing my first bottle. And honestly, I would say THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK! But it wouldn’t be the first time I “give away” money for a fake product.
I DO NOT recommend this product. I threw away the “yellow envelope” it came with and never paid attention to the ARI or whatever number needed to RETURN the product. There was no phone number, web site, nothing! Not even a receipt. It seemed weird to me, I was 90% sure the product was phony, but I still tried it. At first and even now I wonder if it doesn’t contain any HARMFUL ingredients. I hope not, my 3 year old daughter got a hold of the product and applied it on her teeth, just like MOMMY DID. OH GOD!!
